If you’re new to Wear Wag Repeat, you might not realize that this site got a major makeover last year. In 2016 I started to take my blog more seriously by planning my posts, creating more recipes and DIYs and improving my photos. All this new and improved content needed a beautiful place to live, so I hired a designer to completely makeover my brand and blog. Since I did that I hear from readers all the time about how much they love the design! And as of last week, it’s not just readers who love it, but pet blogging industry experts are taking notice!

Best Pet Blog Design Finalist

I found out that I’m a Best Pet Blog Design Finalist in the Nose-to-Nose Awards given out at the annual Blog Paws conference! I’m so excited to receive this honor. There are only 4 finalists in each category, so it’s really special to make it to this point. From the official press release, “These are the only pet industry awards on which pet bloggers and pet social media influencers are judged on the expertise, performance, and creativity of the entry. Each category is judged by a distinguished panel of professionals, and not by popular vote.”

I’m very excited be in the same room with these talented bloggers when I attend my first Blog Paws conference this May. Now I have the final night Awards dinner to look forward to! You know that Lucy and I will be strutting our stuff on the red carpet!
