Hi, I’m Your Host, Tori Mistick
Dogs have been at the center of my life for over 20 years. I built Wear Wag Repeat as a place to share all the ways I love to connect with my Labs, from enrichment games to everyday adventures. My senior boy Burt is still by my side, and this podcast is dedicated to the memory of Lucy, who crossed the rainbow bridge in June 2025. She inspired me to spend our last months together making every day count and reminded me why enrichment really matters.
As a certified Canine Enrichment Technician, I break down the science behind enrichment so you understand why things like a snuffle mat or puzzle toy make such a difference for your dog’s brain, body, and bond with you.
Over the years, I’ve shared 600+ blog posts, 350+ podcast episodes, and countless enrichment ideas with dog lovers around the world. My passion is helping you feel confident, curious, and connected as you create a richer life for your pup.
