Have you tried the adult coloring craze? I actually bought my mom a coloring book for Christmas! She does a lot of traveling and I thought it would be a relaxing thing to do on a plane. According to a study, “Coloring definitely has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus or bring [about] more mindfulness.” Who couldn’t use a little coloring therapy? For my first adult coloring experiment, I decided to turn one of my favorite subjects into a coloring page… Lucy!
A couple hours in Photoshop and Lucy’s most famous photo is now a coloring page. If you follow me on Periscope, I talked about this a lot as I was working on it and mentioned that I included the pages in the Bark Shadyside Pup Walk goodie bags. If you came to the walk and got a page, I’d love to see your creation, share it on social media with #WearWagRepeat!

If you’re not feeling crafty, but still love this image, it’s available in my Society6 store as a print, phone case and more! Check out my finished coloring work, displayed proudly on my refrigerator!
