In this episode I’m talking to pet portrait artist Nicole McKay of AugiDog about creative ways to give back to animal rescues while growing your business. She told me about how she volunteers with adoptable dogs and actually paints with the dogs to help them find their furever families.
Nicole also shares how a life threatening accident with her dog Augi inspired her to create custom pet portraits so that pet parents can hold onto the memories of their beloved pets. She is passionate about business and animals, and sharing stories of other people’s pets really makes her heart sing. Her mission is to use her custom pet canvases to empty animal shelters.
