In this solo episode, I explain how affiliate marketing can create an additional revenue stream in your pet business. If you clients or customers ask you for recommendations, why not share an affiliate link with them? This is a great strategy for dog trainers and groomers, pet photographers, bloggers and pupfluencers.

In 9 years of pet blogging, I’ve tried a lot of strategies to share affiliate links with my audience. I’ve found that it’s always best to be passionate and authentic about the products or services you’re promoting. I also like to be honest with my audience about what happens when they shop using my links – “It costs you nothing, but it means the world to me!”.

Affiliate links aren’t just for influencers! If you have something you love to use and you want to tell other people about it, then you’re a great candidate for an affiliate program.

It can be a great way to earn extra income and diversify your income streams. You never want to put all the tennis balls in 1 basket!
