This includes writing the emails, setting up the templates, and configuring the landing page and opt-in forms. As soon as I get your completed questionnaire, I will get started on your work!
Can I use this service if I don’t use ConvertKit? Yes, the Just the Emails Package is designed for those using other email service providers. You’ll receive the email sequences in a format that you can easily implement on your own. If you want my help writing a Launch Email Sequence outside of ConvertKit, that’s available à la carte upon inquiry.
Is the Full Service Package compatible with the free ConvertKit plan? Yes! ConvertKit’s free Newsletter Plan includes up to 10,000 subscribers, 1 automated email sequence, unlimited landing pages and unlimited opt-in forms. Plans with unlimited sequences start at $25/month.
Will I be able to make changes to the emails after they are set up? Absolutely! Once the emails are set up in your ConvertKit account, you can edit and customize them as needed.
How personalized will the emails be to my brand? The emails will be fully customized to reflect your brand’s voice and style following my Welcome Sequence Trail Map structure. I will use your business information, personal story, brand colors, and logo to ensure the emails resonate with your audience.
What information do you need from me to get started? After signing up, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your business bio, motivation, info about your pet(s), your products/services, best sellers, testimonials, social media accounts, logo, brand colors, and preferred fonts.
Can you help me switch to ConvertKit if I’m currently using a different email service provider? Yes, I can offer guidance and support to help you transition to ConvertKit if you decide to make the switch. They also have a wonderful support staff to help with any technical questions.
Is this service only for pet professionals? While my expertise is in the pet industry, the principles of effective email marketing can be applied to any business. If you feel my approach aligns with your needs, I’d be happy to work with you.
What is your refund policy? If you need to cancel the service, it can be done within 7 days of purchase, but only before you fill out the onboarding questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been completed, I will begin to work on your custom email marketing strategy. After that point refunds are not possible.
