I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to share my new dog art with you! This might be my favorite thing I’ve ever ordered on Etsy, a custom fashionista dog mom portrait by Project Print. I was inspired to order this after my recent outfit shoot with the dogs. I thought the little black dress, high heels and my sweet pups perfectly summed up my life and my blog, I wanted to do something special to remember it.
Lori at Project Print was so easy to work with. I sent her this photo of me and the girls by Sarah Collins Photography and she was kind enough to go through a few revisions with me to get the dogs looking like themselves. Drawing dogs must be so hard, but somehow she was able to capture Lola and Lucy perfectly! I love how she made my statement necklace and clutch sparkle and even caught the fabric detail on the bodice of my dress.
Want a Custom Fashionista Dog Mom Portrait?
A few things to keep in mind:
You can send a few photos to the artist and ask them to incorporate the best of you and your dogs into the final artwork. It can be hard to get 1 good photo of everyone!
Research artists that you like to find a style that will capture your and your dog’s personality.
Ask about production time. Some artists take a few weeks, while other might need months of lead time!

I love, love, love the print! It perfectly captures both you and your sweet pups. Out of my four dogs, my bully is the only one who will pose with me…and that’s only when he’s in the mood! The rest of them pretty much show up as little photo bombers…lol!
