The Latest Bark Box Contents

The latest Bark Box may be our most favoritest yet! It has some great toys in it, and sometimes I think that’s better than treats because they will last Lola and Lucy for much longer. Treats do not last long at all! Although these were some super cute treats in this box in the form of Halloween share packs. There were several little bags of Fruitables treats that were intended to give out to Trick or Teating dogs. And you know we did just that! We had 2 or 3 dogs stop by our house on Halloween and they all left with a little bag of Fruitables. Their owners thought it was the cutest thing!

October Bark Box

The two toys that came in this box have been a major hit with Lucy. The squiggly blue rubber thing is West Paw‘s Bumi toy. It’s made in the USA of eco friendly material and it’s non-toxic. Plus it’s fun to toss and watch it bounce in all different directions. We also got a glow in the dark pink ball. Anything that lights up or glows is great for us as it starts to get dark out earlier! We still have to go to the dog park even though the sun sets around 5pm now. Lucy loved the glow in the dark ball so much that I had to hide it in the closet so she would calm down!

There were two other edible things in the box. We got another Etta Says chew. These have been in the Bark Box several times, but we’re not complaining because they are delicious (or so I hear). The bag in the back of this photo is Barker’s Best goat liver treats. I’m all for alternative protein sources to try and mix up the girls diet. These are nice big meaty treats. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

We also have some other exciting news this week. My sister and her husband adopted a dog over the weekend! She is a 5 month old mixed breed named Piper. Check out her gorgeous face below! We can’t wait to meet her, and in the meantime, I gifted her a BarkBox to welcome her to the family. With the holidays coming up, gifting boxes is a good idea to keep in mind.
