Shopping Guide: Fashionable Fall Collars & Leashes

Thanks to Pretty Fluffy’s new shopping guides I discovered a bunch of new dog lines with great style and even better practicality. Earlier this year I feel in love with Mimi Green and bought new collar leash sets for Lola & Lucy. They hadn’t had new stuff in a long time and now it’s giving me the shopping bug! We get so many compliments that I wonder what took me so long! Even dogs like to get compliments on what they’re wearing.

I have a few qualities I always look for in new collars and leashes. 1) Collars need a clip fastening, I can’t deal with buckles! 2) Nothing too frou frou, these are Labs people! 3) Cool functional details.

Check out what I’m lusting over this morning in the photos below.

The Funston Leash by Wildebeest has a little clip by the handle that you can use to wear the leash cross body while your dog is running free. I also love the bright handles! Plus, this one is on sale!

PunkRock_stackPunk rock style is really in for Fall, so why not let your doggy match you. This would look great on a Doberman or Rottweiler to really give you a punk edge! This company, Fifi Run, also donates 10% of proceeds to an animal charity each month.

cleedl_mx_2Don’t you think this pattern looks like Diane Von Furstenberg? I’m sure I’ve seen this on a dress before! This leash from Stunt Puppy is super cool because it can clip around your waist for handsfree walking, or you can make that loop smaller and just hold it in your hand. I used to have a waist belt leash like this but I lost it! It was perfect for running.
