Today’s guest is Natasha O’Banion of Walk with Renzo and Ruby. She scaled her dog walking business in the Washington D.C. area to 6-figures in just 6 months. She did so by having a clear plan and a mission to create a business that gave her and her family the freedom to travel the country in their RV for a year.

In addition to her start-up story, Natasha also shares some of her favorite automation tools and how she’s added business coaching and a drop-shipping ecommerce boutique to diversify her business even further.

Natasha O’Banion is the founder of Walk with Renzo and Ruby. She and her team offer Midday dog walks in DC, Maryland, Texas and Virginia. She also offers customers cute dog accessories to match their walks.

After successfully scaling her pet care business and traveling world with her family, Natasha started Start. Scale. Sail to offer coaching to other pet care businesses on how to scale and work from anywhere.
